Make the most of your child’s free time year-round at The Gym! Our speed and agility classes are specifically tailored to help your youth athlete improve in areas of athleticism such as sprints, jumps, change of direction, speed, agility, power, coordination and teamwork. 

Two different class offerings for kids 7-13 and 14-18 help ensure your athlete feels comfortable and challenged among peers of similar ages and experience levels throughout the classes. In these classes, kids learn how to run fast, change direction efficiently, work on technique, establish a foundation of plyometrics and jumping, and build confidence, teamwork and competition while having fun!
