OVERVIEW
The Gym offers sports performance training for all athletes and individuals of all ages. Our adult group training classes are specifically designed to help individuals of all fitness levels achieve a variety of fitness goals through coach-led group classes with 1-on-1 interactions. Class participants can expect these hour-long strength-based workouts to focus on specific muscle groups each day of the week, ensuring consistency in workout expectations from one week to the next. Utilizing resources such as the InBody body composition analyzer, our performance coaches can help tailor a workout plan to each individual’s needs.
Our adult group training membership is a month-to-month membership with no long-term contract. This membership allows for unlimited classes and open gym access, so your workout is not solely restricted to specific class times.

OPEN GYM
We understand the importance of flexibility in schedules, and that group classes are not for everyone. For those adults interested in utilizing our facilities for their own fitness needs outside of set class times, our Open Gym membership might be the preferred option. With a month-to-month access for $25/month, our Open Gym membership allows you to utilize The Gym for your workout needs seven days a week outside of the structure of group classes. Open Gym access is granted to members between the hours of 5:00am and 5:00pm Monday through Friday, and between 8:00am and 12:00pm Saturday and Sunday.
