Winter PRP


Winter PRP is an off-season training program that focuses on arm strengthening and proper physical development to maximize baseball skills for the upcoming season.  Training includes weight training, arm conditioning, medicine ball training, mobility enhancement, and movement analysis.  Every player receives individualized data tracking, goal setting, and mental game coaching.

PRP Hitting is officially beginning this winter!  We will be implementing the Axe bat system, Blast Motion sensors, and Core Velocity Belt to teach a more efficient and powerful swing.   Lead instructors Quentin Brown and Matt Bowles will be leading small group hitting sessions several times a week

Dates:  December 9 – March 11th – 14 Weeks
Days: 6 options a week
Cost – $899 Winter PRP Throwing / $1199 PRP Hitting + Throwing /$729 1x a week Throwing, $599 1x a week Hitting / $169 a month for Monthly Training Option – 1st and Last month due up front ($338)
*All programs include the weight training component

Optional Monthly Cost – 8-month commitment (December-July) – $169 per month, billed each month instead of the 1 time Winter PRP fee.  Unlimited sessions all 8 months with individualized programming.  Discounts to showcases, Bridge The Gap, gear, and more!

Hitting – Saturdays, Monday’s, Thursdays

Workouts are 2 hours long.  You will sign-up for 2 hour slots via scheduling software.  Early registrations get first call to sign ups for time slots!

Additionally, athletes will receive mental game coaching, nutritional and recruiting guidance, and goal setting.

As in any PRP program, you will receive the highest level of training and commitment from our staff.  The ultimate goal of PRP is to build better men through hard work and dedication on and off the field.

Why PRP?

PRP provides an elite level training culture and developmental program led by myself amongst other professional athletes and instructors.  Athletes go through a detailed and strenuous program that will get them in their best shape for spring season.

Over 100 athletes trained with PRP at all levels in the past year and saw results that impacted performance and maturity.

All athletes must complete an assessment with Ryan Harber with St. Vincent’s Sports Performance to provide PRP with detailed reports on strengths and deficiencies.

Program fees includes – 14-week on-site programming, online (app) Traq Programming, PRP T-Shirt, nutritional guidance, video analysis, individualized data tracking, daily player readiness monitoring, baseball IQ assessments, and goal setting.
