Winter PRP


Winter PRP is an off-season training program that takes a complete approach to developing a better baseball player.  Training includes weight training, arm conditioning, medicine ball training, mobility enhancement, and movement analysis.  The program includes a 4 week on-ramping and 4-week in-season workout program.  Every player receives individualized data tracking, goal setting, and mental game coaching.This program is for those committed to the daily process of player development and to achieve their goals both on and off the field.  The workouts and additional training requirements will be both challenging and rewarding for your future on the diamond.

January 5th – March 10th

Deposit: $300
1 Day per week: $649
*Final payment due on January 5th

Time Slots:
Saturdays – 2-7PM (some 4-7PM) *choose a two hour block (ex: 3-5PM)
Sundays – 4-8PM (some 2-8PM)
Monday – 7-9PM
Tuesday – 7-9:30PM
Wednesday’s – 5-6PM

Weekend sessions are 2 hours long.  Monday and Tuesday workouts are 1 1/2 hours.

Player Referral Program:
Refer two new athletes to Winter PRP and you will receive the PRP backpack for free!  Please have the new athlete place your name as a part of the reasoning for joining.

Players will receive a free PRP T-Shirt, access to over 100 videos of baseball specific training, and a discount on a backpack for the program.  All players must own a set of Plyocare balls and a Jaeger Band for the program and future use.  You will receive discount options upon enrollment.

Player and Parent Release:
I understand that this Deposit is non-refundable and the program is demanding a full commitment from players and families.  Attendance to at least 1 session a week is required.
