Summer PRP is for high school and middle school athletes looking to continue their development and maintain arm health throughout the summer season. Workouts are focused on building strength, mobility, and proper movement patterns in throwing and hitting. Summer PRP will assess throwing velocity, exit velocity, 10yd Dash, lifting measurements, and more. Bullpens and live ABs are included within this program as needed.
