PRP Softball Summer Training


PRP Softball summer training is built to properly condition softball players for a healthy, strong season. Training is focused on:

 – Age-specific physical strengthening exercises
 – Plyometrics and dynamic balance
 – Mobility
 – Rotational power
 – Arm conditioning and care

Each athlete will receive daily workout programs to strengthen and condition for season. All athletes will also have their own data tracked on key components to player development including throwing velocity, lower half power, medicine ball velocity, and physical strength.

Length – 6 weeks
Dates – May 28th – July 3rd
Session Options -Tuesday’s 6:30-8:30PM & Thursday’s 6:30-8:30PM
Ages – 12-18u
Cost – $199 – 1x a week | $299 – 2x a week
