Fall PRP is for HS and Middle School athletes to develop their strength, throwingvelocity, arm health, and overall conditioning for the fall season.  Players in fall baseball will be on a structured throwing program to maintain arm health and prepare for tournaments. Those beginning non-throwing period will focus on de-loading the arm and building strength for the off-season.

Training includes weight training, arm care, throwing programming, nutritional guidance, goal setting, and mental game development.
