- Adult: Monday-Friday 5:30am, 8:30am; Saturdays 10am
- Athlete: Monday-Friday 6pm, 7pm (No Friday); Saturday 9am
- Monthly Membership: $90 Unlimited Training
- Open Gym Membership: $25/month
