  • Adult: Monday-Friday 5:30am, 8:30am; Saturdays 10am
  • Athlete: Monday-Friday 6pm, 7pm (No Friday); Saturday 9am
  • Monthly Membership: $90 Unlimited Training
  • Open Gym Membership: $25/month
