How do we do this: Functional strength – the ability to move your body weight and improve strength, flexibility, agility and balance.
Monday: 6:30 – 7:30 am – Total Body emphasis upper.
Tuesday: 6:30 – 7:30 am Cardio, Flexibility and Core
Wednesday: 6:30 – 7:30 am – Total Body emphasis lower.
Thursday: 6:30 – 7:30 am – Cardio, Flexibility and Core
Friday: 6:30 – 7:30 am – Total Body emphasis Core.
