Ryan Cole is the co-founder of Indiana Primetime Sports and played a large role in starting the company in 2007. Ryan attended Butler University, where he played football and earned his degree in Physical Education and Health. Ryan then went on to become a high school teacher, Strength and Conditioning Coordinator, and football/basketball coach for 3 years at Garrett High School. After stepping away from teaching, Ryan brought an exceptional background in football, fitness, basketball, and baseball to Indiana Primetime Sports. From 2011-2013, Ryan also served as the Wide Receivers coach at Brebeuf Jesuit.
Coach Cole started the Primetime Baseball program in 2013. Since then, has helped the organization grow from 2 teams to 24 teams. Ryan also started the Primetime Flag Football league and looks forward to bringing the league to the Finch Creek Fieldhouse. Ryan and his wife, Lauren, currently reside in Indianapolis.

Quentin Brown is from Kokomo, IN and graduated from Western High School, where he played 4 years of varsity baseball, and was an Indiana All-Star during his senior year. He went on to play 4 years of Division 1 baseball at IPFW, where he was a 4-year starter. Quentin has a great passion for the game of baseball and has coached summer and high school baseball teams since 2008. As an assistant coach in 2012, he helped Western High School win the 3A State Championship. Then, as Head Coach of Western High School in 2016, he led his team to become the 3A State Championship Runner-Up.
Coach Brown has helped develop numerous players achieve their goals of playing college baseball at all collegiate ranks—and some even to the professional level. Quentin brings an immense amount of knowledge and energy to the Primetime Baseball program. He is fully committed to helping his players become the best they can be.
MATT NICHOLSON / BASEBALL YOUTH DIRECTOR
Matt Nicholson is a graduate from Butler University, where he earned his degree in Education. After graduating, Matt began his teaching career at Heron High School, followed by a year at Zionsville West Middle School and two years at Butler University. Matt serves as Primetime Baseball’s Youth Director, ages 8U-12U.
Coach Nicholson has been coaching with Primetime Baseball since 2013. He also works with performance and speed training groups, skill training groups, and summer camps. Matt greatly enjoys using fitness and athletics as a tool to help teach lessons and values that transfer to daily life. He is incredibly passionate about helping his student athletes learn and grow to be the best that they can be, not only as athletes, but also as active members of their communities.

Brandon Lafferman is a graduate of Butler University, where he earned his bachelor’s degree in Education. He has a passion for helping young athletes develop their strengths—physically, mentally, and emotionally—through memorable sports experiences and worked to co-found Indiana Primetime Sports, Inc. in 2007. As Chief Operating Officer, Brandon oversees sponsorships and events for Pacers Athletic Center and Finch Creek Fieldhouse, opening in 2018. Brandon is also entering his fifth season as Head Boys Basketball Coach at University High School in Carmel. Brandon enjoys traveling, golf, watching football, and spending time with his wife Dani, son Crew and daughter Lennox.

Billy Bunkowfst is from Winamac, IN and is a graduate of IUPUI where he received a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science. He has been with the Klipsch-Card Athletic Facilities company since January of 2016, where he first started as a part-time employee. Billy began working full time at Pacers Athletic Center in 2017, as the Director of Operations and is now joining the Finch Creek Fieldhouse team in 2018. Billy oversees all aspects of the facility, including working closely with event operators and local youth sports programs/leagues, customer service needs, equipment, concessions, maintenance and more.
