The Finch Creek Freedom baseball organization will promote the development of character, self-esteem, teamwork, discipline and hard work through the game of baseball. We believe in providing a place for young athletes to grow and develop their game in a fun and safe environment. Finch Creek Freedom will have one of the most premiere training facilities in the entire world to help develop our players into highly competitive baseball players. We will teach our players that failure is a part of life and that we cannot dwell on those failures but instead become motivated to accomplish our goals. While we will celebrate wins, we will always value growth much more.
Each team will receive 10 indoor winter practices at the Finch Creek Fieldhouse. Each practice will be two hours in length with one hour dedicated to hitting instruction and one hour on the turf field.
After Spring Break, the teams will start practicing outdoors. Teams from 7U-12U will practice twice a week. 13U-14U will practice once a week during the middle school season and will have the option to add a second practice after middle school baseball is over.
15U-17U will practice ten times before the IHSAA season begins. During the high school season, all players will be with their high school team until their season ends. After the high school season, each high school Freedom team will play 7 tournaments during June and July.
Each team will play in 6-8 tournaments. The majority of tournaments will be played in the Indianapolis area. Each team will have the option to play in one out of state tournament. This will be voted on by each family at the parent meeting. Freedom teams will play around 35-50 total games depending on the age group.
All teams will have the option to play Fall Baseball. If the team chooses to play in a Fall Ball League, they will practice once a week and play in the Noblesville Youth Baseball Fall Ball League or the Bullpen Fall Ball League.
The Finch Creek Freedom organization will participate in the Baseball Buddies program with the Indianapolis Indians. We will have a night out at Victory Field with the entire organization and two teams will get to go on the field before the game for the National Anthem.
As a member of the Finch Creek Freedom, each player will have the option to purchase a membership to the facility at a discounted price. The cost for an annual membership will be $350 for a Freedom player. The regular price is $425.
All Freedom players will receive a 10% discount on baseball training options inside Finch Creek Fieldhouse.
Freedom Coaches will be invited to all of the coach’s clinics hosted by Indiana Primetime Baseball throughout the year. Our coaches will focus on personal growth and development throughout the season just as we expect our players to do.
